It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they are ordering the correct type of material and quantity of material before it is delivered.
Full refunds applicable to orders not loaded.
Partial refunds are applicable for products not dropped. Refund of up to 85% of product value, does not include delivery fee.
No refund available for the product that is dropped.
Gibson Grounds does not guarantee the same delivery driver.
Customer is responsible for ensuring Gibson Grounds drops in the correct location. Customers must be present if they instruct an off pavement delivery. If the customer is not present, they are required to provide pictures or mark the area (with cone, tarp, flag) for the product to be dropped. Gibson Grounds is not responsible for dropping location.
Gibson Grounds is only insured to allow for driveway or hard surface deliveries.
If the customer insists that we go off a hard surface, the client is responsible for any damages or towing costs to the vehicle.
Gibson Grounds is not responsible for any damages to property or placement in which the material is dumped if directed by the client.
Gibson Grounds is not responsible for damage to underground utilities such as water lines, gas lines, sprinkler systems or septic systems.
Gibson Grounds is not responsible for damage to landscape such as; grass, shrubs, or ruts caused by the vehicle.
Fuel Surcharge
This contract may be susceptible to a fuel surcharge if the fuel price exceeds $4 per gallon, the client will be charged $.25 per gallon, per mile over $4 per gallon (ex: If fuel reaches $6/gallon, the client will be charged $.50 per mile to and from the job site [12 miles = $6].)
PAYMENT
Upon acceptance, Gibson Grounds requires FULL payment for materials before deliveries are scheduled.
Delivery charges are non refundable after they have been dispatched.
Material costs are susceptible to change if we do not receive full payment within 3 business days.
